At NORTH Wine & Cocktail Co., our vision is to create a refined, community-centered space that celebrates exceptional wine, craft cocktails, and elevated hospitality. Rooted in our Northern Ontario beginnings, we are committed to showcasing premium, hand-selected wines and spirits through curated experiences, thoughtful events, and a sophisticated bar environment. As we transition from an online lifestyle shop to a downtown Haileybury destination, we envision a space where people gather to connect, indulge, and discover. With a focus on quality, local collaboration, and continued excellence in service, we strive to be the region’s go-to destination for unforgettable moments, artisan charcuterie & tapas, and premium beverage offerings.

 

Our mission is to offer upscale bar services, curated wine selections, and sophisticated cocktails, all crafted with local, organic, and sustainable ingredients. Through pop-up tastings, exclusive clubs, a beautiful wine & cocktail bar that is a full service bar, and exceptional event services, we aim to create memorable moments while embracing the future of hospitality and delicious beverages with the best service.

Who selects the wine? If you know me, you probably know my sister. She's a certified wine educator and sommelier who works with a local, Niagara winery and Toronto-based agency that represents small vineyards from around the world. I work closely with her to select every bottle for the shop and to curate custom wine-based cocktails for our events. Together, we're finally bringing great wine to the North.
